Meadows soft, Roses bloom,

Winds whisper, Shadows loom,

Ground softens, Water flows,

Clouds drizzle, Color glows,

Air moistens, Mist fades,

 Sunlight shines, Branches shades,

Crickets chirp, Nature calls,

Grey appear, Noontime falls,

Shade scatters, Light collides,

Writer writes, Landscape guides,

Gratiam.

Interesting. I myself am not a poem type of guy, but I am able to give you some advice.

Branches shades - that's obviously a bit stretched. Try branches' shades, which makes branches plural and the whole statement grammatically correct.

Besides the poor grammatical notice of mine, I can't offer up anything more but a question. What exactly does Gratiam mean?
