I wholeheartedly agree with you that a woman and a female student should not be dictated to what they should wear.

However, I am trying to see any creative writing in this, and it seems more like a facebook post (your comment). How about turning your thoughts about this topic into something more substantial? I think you are on to something here, and it could develop into a powerful piece of writing.....:)
