Not Good Enough

Scraps of paper 

Float in the air 

Elongated fingers 

Shredding every piece in sight 

Flinging the words 

Far away from her 

She wants to cry 

But somehow can't 

She wants to scream 

But is too afraid 

She is nothing 

Because nothing she does 

Is ever good enough 

She is not good enough 

She'll never be good enough 

I'll never be good enough 

This poem isn't even good enough

I will not comment on the content as I have already said, everything sad and dark is my type, but I will tell you that I think the only thing missing from this poem is a 'be' at line I'll never good enough
I guess it should read I'll never BE good enough

I think the phrase, "piece in sight" would benefit from line separation, which would lend additional weight following line, "flinging the words."

I felt these emotional words deep within my heart. I went through that "not good enough" stage, and it remains a dark time in my past. This poem reminds me of how much stronger and happier I am now.
