This is awesome! Having studied cadavers, I am very familiar with the things you are describing in this poem. I really enjoyed the lines "the faint scent of formaldehyde..." and "skin hardens and roughens to a leathery touch." These lines really express first of all, the fact that you literally cannot get the smell of formaldehyde out of your clothes and also the very distinct way that skin behaves post mortem. Where did you experience this? I don't know many people with these same sorts of experiences.
Yeah, this poem`s short but well expressed .. all the familiar fun reflecting into the words. You`ve well described all the thing through this poem. Well written, i`m going to look forward reading your stuffs!
Very nice and a deep write, do you have some more words to say you can make its IInde version also.
But this's enough i think, very smooth, clear, nice and awesome alike you...lol
words're powerful as usual, after a long time i read your stuff... and feeling great that you're reading out now and soon you're gonna hit the sky...
Imagery was so successful here. Really the highlight of the entire poem. Did not expect that ending but it left me with a kind of purpose. I think this is the best I've seen from you now. You really gave feeling something extra.Your mastery of the daunting task of writing out pain is superb.
Self destruction and treading the world as if you were dead (although, ironically, I'm not very fond of zombies) entice me so, and I've caught the shivers of men &'women seeking to preserve theirselves through botox and plastic surgery. Well done!
