Aging

mostly my musings and thoughts on aging :-)

I woke up... well that's good...

Ouch something new hurts... that's bad...

Got out of bed... that's good at least I can still stand...

walked to the kitchen...what's creaking?? that's me!... that's bad...

Cup of coffee yum that's good...

can't find my glasses...that's bad...

yea! I found them now I can see! ....that's good.....

hum... forgot what I wanted to read.... that's bad!

maybe I should exercise... do some sit-ups.....that's good....

on the floor and having a little trouble getting up.... that's bad...

my cat comes over and lays down as if to say, why don't we just lay here and nap today?? hum sounds good to me ...ok
