Thanking You

   

   Thanking You

   You lived and dead,

   to take away 

   my sin and shame,

   You went through 

   so much,

   suffering and pain.

   To show 

   You're amazing love,

   To keep,

   Your amazing word.

   To do what You said 

   You would do.

   Keeping Your promises,

   as You died 

   for me,

   for everyone.

   You came to set people free,

   and I am set free 

   from sin and shame.

   You took away 

   all my sins,

   when I thanked You,

   for dying for me, 

   and asked You 

   to take my life.

   I'm forever and always

   thankful,

   that You died and rose again,

   Jesus.
