I am trying my hand at Tanka poetry. What do you think?

Soaring high in flight
Feet never touching the ground
Escapades at night
I'm dreaming of you each day
Delighting in you each night

haven't read a tanka in a while, but this one is really good. use of the metaphor and language really do add to the feeling of hope and joy in the poem...
also i guess you like to write about flight and birds right... considering your name is Robin...(sorry, couldn't help it lol)
