this one was saying at least two things.
One is that when the business and distraction of daylight is gone, you get the clarity of the night sky and can see the stars that were always there, but you were blinded from them by the daylight.
It is also saying that in the dark times of your life, when things are bleakest, it is then that you can often receive enlightenment and revelation
