Even If

To try and be hopeful is the only option.

Hopeful is the only way to remain

As if one tries to be really hopeless, then depression will conquer 

It will isolate the soul, to the degree of extremes

By making one really sad and truly lost. 

So, being hopeful is the only way

Even if, it is really tough

As hope is the only emotion.
