Working with children

Working with children

 

When we are children, we will be shown how to act, be told what is right and wrong, and shown the errors of our ways.

 

When we are in our teens, we are given responsibilities and expected to act our age.

 

When we are young adults, we are expected to make decision.

 

            As young adults; some will grow up and some will not.

 

            Do I have to have a nanny to show you the errors of your ways?

 

P.S.    Just a thought about some of the adults I have met and worked with that have yet to learn the errors of your ways.

Lol. There is a difrence in not wanting to grow up and unable to grow up. Your grown up you just still have a child heart wich is a very good thing in my book.

Thank you. Ah now that is the secret with working with people. know when to push and how hard, when not to push. But unfortunatly some people dont grow up to learn.
