I will try to post pictures of my mead when I can. I am making 5 gallons right now, and in another 2 months I should have another 5 gallons started.

Mead is the oldest alcohol made. It goes back to the Viking days, it was made before man learned how to write. It is considered the drink of the Gods, It is served in Valhalla.

Lol, Yes I make about 5 gallons at a time. It's normally 12% alcohol, but this batch will be about 8% alcohol and it has a very nice taste at the start.
