Life on a Marry-go-Round

 

Around and around the horses and dragons did play.

Around and around the sea hoses did go, to catch a ride and spend their time,

playing with the people who showed.

 

If you see a Sea horse or a dragon at play, you can bet there's a horse waiting to say...

come and play with us we are here for the fun.

 

So drop your last tuppence, and come for the ride,

they will take you to see wonderful sights.

 

Don’t be afraid they won’t go to fast,

just the right speed to make you giggle and laugh.

 

It was great to have you read this poem,

please dear readers don’t go in to many circles.

Not that I don't like this one... I like the way it personifies the merry-go-round "animals" (I don't know what they're called) and gives them a sense of personality. But I still prefer your adult fantasy poems.
