Well you decide dear Lady. By the way I am trying my Mead that has only aged for two weeks. It seems to be my best batch ever.

I have never tasted mead .How does one make it ?

Its made with honey instead of grapes. But its made the same way. It does taste like white wine though.

Oh this stuff I made will put you into next Sunday. But It's a little ruff right now. It will take about 8 months to mellow out and go down nicely, but kick you in the a*s if your not careful. I'm only guessing but I think it might be about 18% to 20%. Just guessing because it took me to a Zen way of thinking right now.

I would love for you to try it. If I ever get my Meadery going I will send you some. Just need about 2.5 million dollars to do it...lol. that's the price of bureaucracy. But I am working on it.
