Two people one heart

 

 

 

When two hearts meet and fall in love,

they merge into one beating heart.

 

Sighs sound as one,

eyes lost in each other.

 

Fingers intertwine,

to make one hand.

 

Souls connect,

not even time can separate.

 

How the two hearts became one,

only dreamers, poets, and lovers will ever understand.

 

They can be a universe apart,

and yet...

two hearts beat as one.

 

One sigh sounding so deeply,

will change the stars if it could.

 

Two souls found each other,

and Love was first born.

It is the sweetest thing when you're so in love you can easily tell that your hearts have been joined and there is no turning back, although, who would want to when you're so in love? :) Beautiful poem.
