All of me

 

Could I be less than I am without you?

Could I be more than you asked me to be?

 

If I gave you everything I am,

would you accept me for all I am?

 

Could you love me for all my faults and blemishes?

I would give you all I am if you asked me to.

 

Be careful with me,

this is so hard for me to do,

this takes all my strength.

 

This is the precipice of my very existence,

this is my life in your hands this is more than,

my heart.

 

On bent knee and bowed head I give you,

all of me.
