I sleep inside of your heartA Poem by ronI
sleep inside of your heart
You
took your time, to
tear down my walls, I
never saw you coming.
A
friendly hello, as
you worked on the crack, the
crack I never noticed before.
Then
a soft kiss on the cheek of my heart, the
right kiss will do that sometimes.
You
stayed with me like my shadow at mid-day, always
talking and smiling, you
taught me it was OK to cry.
You
took me by the hand, and
showed me what love could feel like.
You
took down enough of my wall, to
allow me to sleep, inside
your heart. © 2014 ronReviews
