Rebuilt wallsA Poem by ronRebuilt
walls
When
the love of two people is not acceptable by another, walls
will be rebuilt stronger than before.
Yet
these new walls will harbor love, never
to be tasted by the other.
The
smallest cracks will be sealed tight, no
light allowed to shine in.
Darkness
will be the only comfort allowed, no
sounds heard by passion, no
tender touch felt by desire, no
soft kisses whispered upon sweet lips.
Just
the cold wind of love, not
allowed to be shared.
Sometimes
love comes at a price, for
no matter how strong the love, it
may be best to rebuild the walls, so
that families, will
not break. © 2014 ronReviews
