The neon glow of her laptop screen cast a cool, ethereal
Light on Maria's face, illuminating the subtle frown of concentration as she tweaked the bassline.
She went by Mariabeats on Bandlab a moniker, she'd adopted after countless hours spent coaxing intricate rhythms from her digital drum pad. Tonight, she was trying to inject some raw, Urban energy into a track she'd
tentatively titled "Let's make this Beat"

Her notifications chimed, a small, insistent vibration that pulled her from her beat- making trap A comment on her latest upload: "Dope Beat" , Mariabeats!

This needs some fire. It was from Sccostar, a name she recognized from the trending section. His smooth soulful vocals had captivated her more than once. Intrigued! Maria clicked on his profile. His latest track,
a melancholic R&B piece, was already generating buzz.
She listened, her fingers subconsciously tapping out a counter rhythm YES! She thought, this can work -

One evening, while scrolling through the Bandlab feed, Maria stumbled upon a freestyle battle a rapper, going by CannonBall rhymes, was spitting verses with an astonishing flow and a knack for unexpected, witty wordplay. His delivery was like a percussive instrument in itself, each syllable landing with precision. Maria exchanged a flurry of DM's with Sccostar, "you have to hear this guy" she typed. Attaching a link to Cannonball Rhymes profile.

Sccostar was just as impressed. They reached out, a joint invitation to Cannonball rhymes to join their burgeoning track. He was hesitant at first - used to working solo, but the infectious energy of "Let's make this beat "and the unique blend of Mariabeats intricate rhythms and Sccostar's soulful melodies won him over.

The three of them separated by Miles but connected by digital threads of Bandlab, began to weave their magic.
Mariabeats provided the bedrock, Sccostar's vocals layered in emotion, and Cannonball rhymes' lyrics like verbal fireworks exploded over the top, painting vivid pictures of City Life, struggles and resilience
"Let's make this beat" transformed from a tentative idea into a vibrant collaborative masterpiece, a testament to the unexpected connections forged in the limitless world of a music app of Bandlab, they had found their perfect

Hi!
I just read your story, and I’m obsessed! Your writing is incredible, and I kept imagining how cool it would be as a comic.
I’m a professional commissioned artist, and I’d love to work with you to turn it into one, if you’re into the idea, of course! I think it would look absolutely stunning.
Feel free to message me on Disc0rd (laurendoesitall) if you’re interested. Can’t wait to hear from you!
Best,
Lauren
