Nought Shocking

Nought Shocking

A Poem by Sam

Nought shocking

at present intense dark

but not a finite thing

as the stormhead rolls

whence azure frays.

Despite a sombre day

cleversome bombast

and the pelting spate

would it try our resolve

declare bold strokes

passionate stars return

soon enough the glow

on the fine dawn

where the good wait stoic

until forever comes.
