A Poem by Jamie Taylor

I Don't Label People,
But All Those Emo Kids Must Be Cutting Their Wrists

I Don't Label People,
But Those Punks At The Park Must Be Doing Drugs

I Don't Label People,
But Those Gay Guys That Are Together Must Have AIDs

I Don't Label People,
But Do You See That Skinny Girl Over There? She Must Be Anorexic

I Don't Label People,
But All Rich People Are Snobs And Stuck-Up

I Don't Label People,
But Young Kids And Teenagers Are All Naive

I Don't Label People,
But Goths Are Extremely Weird And Need To Be Brighter

I Don't Label People,
But Overweight People Must Have Self-Control Problems

I Don't Label People,
But All Preps Are Bitchy And Annoying

I Don't Label People,
But Those Kids With Glasses Must Be Nerds

I Don't Label People,
But That Girl In Short Shorts Must Be A S**t

I Don't Label People,
But That Kid Who Is Different Must Be A Freak

Why Do We Label People?
We Are All Humans; What's The Point?

Great poem, the concept was well presented.

You wrote a poem with common sense wisdom. Take less energy to be kind and helpful in a life. I like the strength and purpose of this poem. You told a story that should be norm for all of us. A outstanding poem. Thank you.
