"The Call..."
A Poem by Akash Sagar
Take me to the lands, Where GOD carelessly hibernates; Somewhere...where the first rays of sun, Embraces and kisses the Earth. With hands of glory, In the lands of stories. Because, my nostalgia still resides there, Where I strolled down alleys, Of my birth to adolescence, And still ripening to be a youth. These Eastern winds gently caress me, Whispering hidden secrets into my ears. Imagining those early morning mists, Touching those crystal dew drops; I scribble again, Scribbling on my slate of memory. Here everyday arrives with lessons of life, And a spoonful of surprises. Here every night departs, Singing transcendental warm lullabies. Ooh..! Come and take me there... To meet my needs, To drink from the seas. And meet the ends. Someday...where, My sun will rise in the East. Dtd: Jan 9th' 2010

Where God carelessly hibernates... Any special connotation?
And Why only "..spoonful of surprises." ?
Good depiction of a mind in an endless search of self.
Nice flow of words trying to gauge the hidden in the depth of heart.

I wanted God to be careless because in my natives even I am carefree and careless with no worries about the rush in life. A spoonful of surprises were more than enough to teach a lesson or convey the unsaid feeling.
Thanks Again

I don't fall pray for too much of abstraction in revealing the dance of neurotransmitters amidst the serenity of experiences.
Will be glad if you review my poem.
