You're right sometimes we say we won't do somethig
but at the end we do it.
I really liked these lines:

If you try not to love
then you most certainly will

I try not to love but a the end I failed...

I love the last two lines. The entire poem, in fact, describes the need to give up striving in all areas of life. You do this vey well with simple, clear language--a fact which itself proves your point. Good job.
