Winter!

Winter will soon be here

I swear it just ambushed me

 

Didn't see it coming

Or didn't want to see it

 

Summer just swept on by

Without a passing farewell

 

Missing the green of the it all

The leaves are falling off the trees

 

Fall is such a short time

you blink then suddenly

 

Winter is here!

Oh dear!

 

The cold makes my once quick fingers

Lethargic and slow

 

The snow makes my wide eyes squint from the

Brightness and brilliancy

 

How I'll miss the summer!

How I'll miss the sun!
