Chapter LXVIII: Mollyester vs GorgaxA Chapter by Scorpious AlphaChapter LXVIII: Mollyester vs Gorgax Mollyester and Gorgax go the opposite way that Ballester and Sallester went. “You know, you can’t have him.” Mollyester says. “What? Who?” Gorgax answers. “Ballester. He’s mine, he was mine first.” “Oh please, we can share him. We both have children from him.” “Yeah, and?” “If one is lucky enough to find two mates in their lifetime, they have every right to have them both.” “Is that what they teach you on your planet?” “Why yes, actually.” “Well, not here on Earth, we stick to one person, it’s called ‘monogamy’.” “Yes, Galaxians are often monogamous, due to chemical attraction. I’ve been on your planet long enough to know that monogamy is fairly new in your society. Your history is full of cults and traditions making non monogamy fairly common.” “I guess you just don’t like me.” “No, you’re one of...them.” “One of what?” “A space frog.” “A space frog?” “It’s a slur used to describe your kind. You know, not everyone is as happy as Ballester and Serge that you guys are here.” “Well, considering our species outnumbers yours, I figured you people would be happy you have new DNA to throw in the mix.” “Nobody wants to breed with you people! I can’t believe Ballester did, it’s disgusting!” “Excuse me?” “You heard me, space frog.” “Actually, our species is more closely related to the salamander than the frog.” “Shut the f**k up.” “Make me.” “I don’t even know why we were partnered up together.” “I believe it’s so we can learn to get along. I have no problems with you, why do you hate me so much?” “Because he treats you so well, and he abandoned me and our son.” “It’s because you’re abrasive.” “Excuse me?” “You can’t be a b***h and expect to be loved.” “F**k you, you don’t know me!” “In the time I have known you, you seem like a less than desirable human being to be around.” “F**k you, you f*****g c**t.” “See? You're hostile. I’m going to let it slide, because it’s just who you apparently are. I wish you no ill will.” “How are you so calm?” “Because I have nothing to fear. I will be with Ballester for the rest of my life, he loves me. You need to change your attitude, or you’re going to find yourself kicked out.” “They wouldn’t dare.” “What makes you so sure?” “Sallester. He’s attached to me because I’m the only family he’s known for twenty five years.” “That’s not entirely true.” “How so?” “He remembered his father the entire time, and from the looks of it, they’re bonding pretty well.” “My son still won’t stand for me getting kicked out.” “Maybe, but that would put him in quite the predicament. Why can’t you just get along for his sake?” “Maybe you’re right, but I still hate that he loves you more than he loves me.” “Well, we’ve been together for a long time. if my calculations are correct, longer than he was with you.” “Oh, f**k you!” “Don’t you know any other vocabulary?” “F**k you! Grrrrrr...Go to hell, b***h!” She slaps Gorgax hard across the cheek. “I’ll let you have that one, after all, I can destroy you if I wanted.” “What?” “I was trained in military combat, I was head of my unit of the Galaxian army.” “I bet that was an eventful job.” Mollyester rolls her eyes. “What’s that supposed to mean?” “I mean, you probably didn’t have to handle a lot, being vendors and everything.” “We were trained to fight Zorkons. We’ve heard of them, and did anything we could to prepare against them. Until they landed here, none of us had ever seen one, let alone fought one. We didn’t have enough tactical information about them, a lot of it was guesswork. What did you do during the war?” “Mostly hid, but Sal got himself a few alien kills...the Zorkons, not you guys.” “How did he kill them? They’re invincible against the ballistic weapons.” “Homemade flamethrower.” “Nice.” “He gets it from his father.” “I’ve noticed how similar they are.” “I know, you don’t have to tell me.” “I’m surprised Sallester isn’t...angrier. Especially after having... nobody but you for so long.” “I kept trying to tell him his father was scum, but he kept telling me that’s not what he remembers, and he’s always stuck with that.” “Then what does that say about you?” “What’s that supposed to mean?” “He saw how horrible you were, and wouldn’t let you brainwash him away from his father. I bet you’ve never seen him happier since he came here.” “You shut your goddamn mouth right now!” “Or what? You’ll hit me again? Bring it, b***h.” Mollyester puts up her fists, prepared to hit Gorgax, who does the same, notices how muscular Gorgax’s arms are compared to her and other Galaxians she’s met, and lowers them. “See? You’re all talk.” “Shut up, and let’s find this King Scott. How are we even supposed to know what he looks like?” “He’s more intelligent than the usual Scott, I’m sure he’ll make himself known.” “I think it’s weird we hunt and kill these people.” “They’re no ordinary people, they’re clones, and they’re harmful to the Earth, so kill all you see. Trust me, I’ve been doing this with my life partner for almost fifteen years.” “Fifteen years?” “Yeah, our anniversary is soon! He always takes me to some place nice on Earth I’ve never seen before. Last year we went to some place called Paris. We rode in an aeronautical vehicle to get there and back, it was so beautiful. This year, we’re going to Hoover Dam. I’m excited, because any water based location gets me horny as f**k since I’m amphibious. Not this water obviously, but water, especially rushing or in a large amount really gets me wet.” “I didn’t need to know that.” “Why? We’re cowives, we should be able to tell each other anything.” “We’re not ‘cowives’! I. AM. HIS. WIFE! YOU’RE JUST SOME F*****G ALIEN HUSSY HE PICKED UP AFTER YOU LANDED HERE!” Now it was Gorgax’s turn to hit Mollyester. “I love him, I’m not some tramp.” “Well, I love him too.” “And I can accept that, as long as you can accept likewise.” “Never!” Mollyester lunges forward and starts choking out Gorgax. Gorgax kicks her off, and stomps on her. Breathless, Mollyester just lies there, trembling. “Ok, you win.” Mollyester manages to whisper. “Now, once you recover, we should get back to work.” “Who put you in charge?” She says, weakly, catching her breath. “Obviously you have no idea what you’re doing, you’ve been antagonizing me this entire time, and I’ve tried to be patient with you, but my patience has reached an end. Either follow me, or die here, it’s your call, c**t.” “F**k you, b***h.” “Then see ya.” She continues on her way, and a few minutes later, Mollyester runs after her, jumps on her shoulders and chokes her again. Gorgax throws Mollyester off, and is about to stomp on her again, when Mollyester moves out of the way and catches Gorgax off balance. She takes this opportunity to sweep her leg and knock Gorgax down, who gets right back up. “You’ve now attacked me twice, unprovoked, and are now considered a threat.” She takes her gun out of her holster and points it at Mollyester, who also has a pistol pointed at Gorgax. “Do it b***h, my son will never forgive you.” “I’ve already died once, it doesn’t scare me anymore.” They just stand there, pistols pointed at each other, not making a move, both knowing it would be a mistake to shoot the other. After a stalemate, they finally, slowly, lower their weapons. “Smart move.” “You too.” “So, what do we do about this?” “You know, I thought killing Ballester over and over again would be the only thing I needed, but that fight with you? Yeah, that was cathartic too.” “Likewise.” “I guess we can learn how to get along.” “No, YOU have to, I already accepted you a long time ago.” “Maybe I COULD have been a little more mature about this whole thing.” “We’re both too old for this.” “Yeah, I guess.” As they turn a corner, Mollyester pushes Gorgax off the edge of the walkway, and her head hits the stairs on the opposite side, and on the way down, a jagged piece of metal slices her face open before she hits the ground, face up in the muck, not moving. “B***h, you don’t call me old.” Mollyester turns back, and retraces her steps, hoping to run into Ballester and Sallester, which of course, you know she does. It fades back to the hospital bed and now you’re all caught up. © 2025 Scorpious Alpha |
