I read each word, each line, with my heart

My heart, it beat, it quickened

My eyes welled up, heart sank, mood shifted

In my moment I read your heart, your soul

From your moment, compassion grew

In this moment, I love you

If only we could cure the ills of the world with a sweep of the hand..but no..we can only put our anguish and misery into words on paper and hope to move the world to sanity
