What I was feeling during a riot, while having a stroke at a juvenile prison I worked at.

Just thoughts of why I destroy everything good around me.

Self explanatory.

All I will say about this poem is that it may or may not be about a real person in my life. ;-)

I couldn't sleep one night and had so many thoughts of regret running through my mind. I just started writing them down.
