I Am Not Primal

I am a spiritual being

I don’t want to be

Within a state of primal

Because I am no beast

I have eternal needs

Must take time to contemplate; think things over

Consult the spirit deep within

Bring the heart and mind into one

Today and the now prepare beyond

So that in my end I will truly live again

Thanks Rita. I find sadness in our fellow brothers and sisters who don't realize that the flesh is only a part of who we are and find themselves so far away from their own spirits and Christ. They lean upon their own understanding and thus become evermore lost.
