I never see dead chickens on the road.

I know you've heard the joke
The one about the chicken
And why he crossed the road
But for some reason unknown
The skunk hasn't and never makes it
To the other side, but to its credit sometimes "oh, so close"

I wrote this a little bit out of frustration being on the road and frequently having to roll all the windows down to get rid of the smell of skunks that can't seem to make it across the road.
