where it all began

I used to know what I wanted to be 

along long time a go

but they made fun of me

so I pushed it away and I forgot

now, I have no idea who I am

I used to know what I like

along long time a go

but they called me weird 

so I pushed it away and I forgot

now, I don't have a hobby

I used to know that I'm beautiful

along long time ago

but they only saw my faults 

so I pushed it away and I forgot

now, I don't look in the mirror

I used to try hard and give my best

along long time ago

but they only pointed out the mistakes I made

so I pushed it away and I forgot

now, I don't see myself good enough at anything

Dear friend, you are oh so wrong! You have written a great poem, clearly, grammatically and honestly. What could be better than that?! There are many people who wouldn't even recognise a pen, piece of paper or have a thought in their often lazy or sad minds. Whereas, you have a special skill that you can be so proud of. Try to forget the others, focus on what YOU can do brilliantly.
