Insanity

Insanity

A Poem by Azarel Szabo

You look at me as though I'm evil
As I stand there watching the blood
Soak into the floor-boards
Growing into a vast pool
Red and horrific

I dive into the crimson waves
That welcome me with open arms
Scoffing, you turn away, disgusted

I pull you under violently and without warning
Upon returning for air, you smile and laugh
Rejoining me in my madness
