If I could ask god anything

If I could ask god anything,

I'd ask him for the truth

Only something he could deliver in whole.

I would ask him something you normally don't ask the holy maker.

If I had one chance i'd ask god why he gave me a voice.

Why give me speech I poorly misuse?

Why give me a hand to spell my point out,

but a voice to limit my potential.

I am grateful, how could I not be?

But god I have to ask, 

why give me something I don't need when others will never have it?

I question the worlds intention but not yours.

I was told not to a long time ago.

Maybe you have a hidden agenda.

Maybe in time you'll tell me if I ask enough.

I hardly know you but sometimes I can feel you pondering my soul.

Maybe just maybe you gave me a voice in order to talk back to you god.
