Hush, you tell me. "Quiet that
Pretty
   little mouth
and kiss me."

I close my eyes, push
hard against the bottom lid.

I just let it happen.
       I let you                                love me.

I want to just lose myself, like all the other nights but
this time I know. This time, I can't forget that

                            When I open my eyes this time,
                            When I hear the radio flash on and tell me that it's
Time,
     You won't be there and
                                 You never were.




Don't leave me anymore.
