The Getaway

I know, it's pretty cheesy. I still kind of like it, though. Written: May 2008.

It must be the getaway,
  The fury in spinning tires.
Spitting dust and coughing poison.
    A true Holocaustic machine.
Eluding all that can't be defended,
    All that isn't real to
Convicts and their
                        Simple lowly lives.
I wish you all the best when they
             Catch
                    You.
