Armor

I'm not sure if I like this one or not. It's one of those kind, where I can't decide. Think what you'd like about it; comment or critique as you please. I can't remember, but I think this was written late Dec. 2007 or earlier Jan. 2008...

Violent serenity
           is longing to be found again
        pulled out of the childish nightmare
of her life

  she doesn't shed
one salt tear although
metallic shame pours freely from her pulsing armor

   staining, rusting

pleading for redemption
                                 from her
                 God-awful world
