This World is not a friend

This is just a piece of writing I came up with quickly. I will try to improve on it.

This World is not a friend of mine

I was left alone 

Standing on unsolid ground

I fell down

Bruises so clearly seen

Longing for what is such a simple dream

This World is not a friend

Pain a constant companion

All love I gave destroyed 

A heart played with as if a toy

Trying to go on

Reaching inside for a strength 

You will never take from me

Ever again
