Will I ever dance and sing…??
Is there any1 to lift my hurtd wing…?
Or ready to exchng d ring…??

Wet,painful and in blue
I dunno wat to do…
Neither have any clue.

The spelling errors, again, are slightly annoying. Not bad otherwise. However, I do not see what comparing teenagers to winter and spring has to do with winter always going into spring. Neither do I see what being wise has to do with it (in the last stanza).
Your poem is rhyming so there are some words and phrases out there that have nothing to do with the topic. Perhaps you should change it to just a free verse poem, and make it more concise. Just a suggestion. Don't get discouraged - and keep writing!
