WatchingA Poem by being meLooking out the window, I confess as I see torrents of my jealousy and misery pour down to earth… And please this is not about love…I’m jealous. Of all the times I had
you by my side. And now you are not. I see you with them who I believe
are not worth you. Am I then? I don’t have an answer. Maybe I could hurt myself; tear my
skin. You’d come back then, like old
times, compassionate. Would you? Wouldn’t you? I can’t give you what you want; I’m
sorry I know I’m doing wrong for wishing you by
my side. Selfish. Cruel. You are to me what
you are. And you will be forever still. I hope you remember my words, and
those tears. For they are now lost amidst pain;
numb and sore. My eyes are watching you. And I know
that you know. And I’ll be waiting; for I believe
that day will come… Like old times…till then… © 2013 being meReviews
