A Prologue

A Prologue

A Poem by Siddhartha

The late night metro cruises like a Goddess on spirit
Desolation rages everywhere within an ocean of noise
I wish I could meet you again in my memories
Shreds of your presence shatter the vagaries of time

I hope one day our paths cross again somewhere
And I hold you close again like you are mine
