What Do You See Me As?

Do I look as a fool to you?

Do I appear to be shallow of mind?

Or thick of head?

For surely I must if you will treat me

As you do, which is not well.

Calling me names behind my back,

And then throwing me to the ground.

Why, I do not understand

For I always treated you with the utmost respect

I never lied, or cried, or even turned against you.

Yet you treat me like I'm dirtier than dirt.

You don't even give me a chance to survive.
