Looking Back

Looking back at the things I have said,
I see that in everything,
I seem quite sad.
I never saw I was gloomy,
Or down,
Or even blue.

I want to apologize for the repetition of my words,
But a new light will shine,
It will shine right through.
So please forgive me,
And read on some more,
For the things that you read,
Will be like none before.
