frustration

about trying to loose weight.

every day is an opportunity for change.
but I'm so impatient, my sight can't grasp the full picture
and i mess up. and it's frustrating.
and i think that maybe what they say about me is true.
maybe i will never reach my goals.
and i get angry at myself
because no one can help me with this
I'm alone.
