Truth be an Open Life

Truth be an Open Life

A Poem by Sage Kallen

Bleeding in the dark,

alone leaving these marks.

Trace these figures across this heart.

Looking back on memories.

I stretch for hights I can not reach.

Living up to nothing I can never be.

Hold my hand and let it smother me.

Can I close this heart to one last lie,

and finally, stop rolling through this life?

Sage Kallen.
