they've called me beautiful

they've called me sad

they've called me peaceful

they've called me mad

i am falling like a raindrop

and my time is short

this storm is lasting so long

the world is screaming on 

everyone sees me

and still don't understand

in this mass

who watches this raindrop

the earth calls me

people say just go away

falling like a raindrop

i can never stay

someone come

fall right beside me

when we hit the ground

i promise we'll be free

they call me wondrous

they hold me next to pain

everyone says

they cry when i come again

people call this romance

people call this hurt

in this single fine line

seems they all forget they're one and the same

love and agony

oxygen and air

sweet as honey 

perfect and so fair

falling like a raindrop

as the world spins over

take my hand

we'll hit the ground together

leanin on each other

this short journey

Yet another example of the amazing abilities that you possess! :) this can easily be one of the best pieces that i have ever read!:) it made me think of something as i was reading it, it was sorta going on the conversation from last night:) each line speaks to a stanza

This is certainly a piece to be proud of! You had me from the first stanza, how honest to compare yourself to a raindrop - fragile, ready to burst at any moment and softly fade away.. Indeed once it joins another it has more force, as the ocean has more than a puddle, but the raindrop on it's own is nevertheless beautiful and strong, and should not be taken for granted. Great piece. :)
