A Poem by Soren

Snowdrops bloom through ice, Orchids tropic heat does entice
The Deathstalker thrives in desert air, in the artic lives the Polar Bear
A virus and man the one same as the other, in both climates plays the game
They kill or maim without compunction everything they claim

The fight for survival and the resilience of nature. Much to think about here Soren, I reflected on covid, the damage done, hoping there won’t be other nasties in the near future. Have a good weekend. Very nicely composed brevity.

Thank you so much Chris for your review and interpretation it is always most valued
Very interesting and creative. I love your man and virus lines. At times when I am particularly disgusted with the human race, I fantasize about a lethal virus wiping us out and leaving the planet to all the other life forms.
