Love or lust?

He hid his love for a long time.

How can I tell you "I love you"
Without hurting myself
If I run..... I want you more
If I hide ....I hurt myself
If I think about you l.... I miss you
But how am I suppose to tell you that "I love you" without falling apart after I tell you
I need you so I keep my love hidden in the dark
I'm going crazy just thinking about you
But do I really love you or is it just lust ?
