darkness

As I walked through the darkness

I searched for a light

just one ray of hope

i looked everywhere

but in the darkness there is no hope

no ray of light

you just keep walking blindly

and it never ends

running into things that give you pain

and heart break

but maybe if you are lucky

you will find another wandering person

someone who knows your pain and sorrows

and you can walk together

in the darkness

searching for the light

you willl never find
