Importance of Proper Pool Cover Installation
A Story by staceycole
A pool cover protects the pool from various elements that may tarnish and damage it. It also prevents pool drowning accidents. However, if not installed properly, the pool cover will be practically useless.
A pool cover protects the pool from various elements that may tarnish and damage it. It also prevents pool drowning accidents. However, if not installed properly, the pool cover will be practically useless.
Improperly installed swimming pool covers will be weak and unstable. Whatever debris has accumulated on it (for solid pool covers in particular), once it gets heavy enough, will cause the pool cover to get damaged or collapse, then all that debris will just fall into the pool; so much for trying to keep the pool clean.
First of all, swimming pool covers should be securely installed so that it does not sag into the pool or collapse at a certain weight load. However, even if it is securely installed, it still needs a certain degree of maintenance. Rain water, melted snow, or other liquids that have accumulated on it should be frequently pumped off so as to prevent it from weighing down too much on the cover. Dried leaves, fallen tree branches and other solid debris should also be cleaned off frequently. Just remember to remove as much of the solid debris as possible first before pumping the water on the cover off because these foreign objects could get clogged inside the pool cover pump. Moreover, in case the water on the cover has frozen, let it thaw and melt first before removing it because ice shards can also have sharp edges that may rupture the cover.
Improperly installed swimming pool covers also, instead of becoming a safety precaution, can even be a bigger danger for those who might accidentally fall on it. The pool cover may easily collapse due to the weight of whoever might fall on it. Once this happens, the cover will also sink and may even wrap itself around the victim thus preventing the victim from moving freely and swimming to the surface.
Swimming pool covers, whatever type it is, is a very important tool for any pool owner. Its user will benefit so much from it. But before the user can reap all those benefits from the cover, they must first to their part in making sure that they are using the cover properly.

Stacey Cole inherited this pool covers for sale business from her parents and has been running it ever since. When she was young, her parents inducted her into a secret society of pool cover salesmen and women. She quickly rose to the heights of being the PRIME RULER OF ALL, and dispensed King Solomon-like wisdom from her throne of tarpaulin.
Her favourite aspect of selling pool covers is the fact that, after a hard day selling pool covers, you can go into your pool. Unless it's covered! Oh no, you wish you sold pool UNcovers now!
This is what Stacey considered as she was swallowed up by the wet plastic embrace of her pool cover:
"A pool cover protects the pool from various elements that may tarnish and damage it. It also prevents pool drowning accidents. However, if not installed properly, the pool cover will be practically useless." She rued the day she installed her cover improperly. She knew she shouldn't have used illegal immigrants.
"Improperly installed swimming pool covers also, instead of becoming a safety precaution, can even be a bigger danger for those who might accidentally fall on it. The pool cover may easily collapse due to the weight of whoever might fall on it. Once this happens, the cover will also sink and may even wrap itself around the victim thus preventing the victim from moving freely and swimming to the surface." She had reminded herself of this part way too late.
"Swimming pool covers, whatever type it is..." THEY ARE, she realised in a flash of grammar. THEY ARE.
And those were her last words.
Stacy always follows her own advice. To whit:
1.Thoroughly plan and research your desired business. This initial assessment will determine whether your business is feasible or not. If it is then proceed to the next steps. If it is not, start thinking how you can change or reinvent your plan to make it feasible.
Stacy planned by reading her own blogs. She accomplished this using a time machine.
2.Learn. Expand your knowledge about how to start a business. Look for and participate in trainings or seminars that tackle this. You may even gain contacts who may assist you in your endeavor.
She talked to her parents, who ran the business. In fact, she supped mightily on their brains and learned all their secrets through BIOLOGICAL ZOMBIE-ISM.
3.Find a good location. The location of your business is very important. This alone can make or break your business.
She went to a place with lots of pools. She's a smart cooky.
4.Naturally, you will need funds to start your business. Look for loans or investors who will help you out.
She robbed a bank.
5.Decide on what legal structure you want for your business: sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, corporation, non-profit or cooperative, all these have their own advantages and disadvantages. Determine which will suit your needs most.
This was a hard decision so she threw some dice.
6.Register your business name. It should be unique, catchy, and reflective of your business.
She chose "STACEY COLE: SUPERFOX". Catchy.
7.Get a tax identification number for your business from internal revenues.
This bit was boring so she made a fireman do it.
8.Register your tax number in the state or locality of the business. Be sure to pay your taxes. You would not want any unnecessary run in with the law. This could scar your reputation.
Stacey likes scars. She thought, 'to hell with it', and just let her reputation look all fought-up and sexy.
9.Obtain all necessary licenses and permits. It is absolutely necessary that everything about your business is legal and permitted.
Stacey hired some muscle to keep the Feds offa her back.
10.Do your responsibilities as an employer. Process all legal steps necessary for hiring employees.
By hiring robots (from the future, see 1.) Stacey has avoided all problems to do with 'wages' or 'rights'.
