Allan Liang stepped in to the field of acting at the age of 9 when he developed a keen interest in performing and became determined to make a name for himself in the film industry. Currently living in Los Angeles, Allan is of Australian origin. He is a well known public figure, having been admired as one of the best actors in the film industry. He has worked on many short films, commercials, music videos and is currently working on other projects that are rapidly coming his way. This is all due to his remarkable acting skills and his never ending passion for working in the film industry. He has worked on many short films some of which are The Humanitarian (2009) which was in the Top 60 of Tropfest in 2010 (the worlds largest short film festival, where Allan got to work with James Blannin-Ferguson who's a film director in Sydney). Being in a short film which was nominated opened a lot of doors for him. Then followed Signs (2010), The Family Tree (2011), Suppose the night tasted like sugar (2012) and many others. Aside from short films, Allan has also been working on many television series such as Gang of OZ (2009), Rescue special Ops (2010) and Deadly women (2013). Aside from his on set experience, Allan has taken many extensive training programs, which he attended and gained more experience form various acting schools. In 2009, he completed his training from AIPA, and then joined the National Institute of Dramatic Arts in 2010. Allan studied at the Marjorie Ballentine Studio in 2012, which gave him vast exposure, improving his acting capabilities which further enhanced his talent. Allan was so passionate about acting that since he was a child, he would not miss out on any opportunity that would come his way and this allowed him to step into the limelight and show off his talent to the world. © 2014 starpower |
