If We Knew Our Fate....

I often ponder the fate of my life
What would happen if I knew my fate
If I really knew what was coming
Whether happniness or tragedy
Would I heed it?
Would it make me a better person?
I think if I knew my fate
I would probably do nothing at all
I probably wouldn't bother trying
To make my life better
I would just sit idly by
And let the world pass before me
So I'm glad I don't know the fate of my life
Despite the stress it may cause from not knowing
In the end I believe it is better not knowing
Because it gives one the opportunity
To make their life what they want it to be
So make your life what you want it to be
Live your life
Be free
Be happy
Listen to your own intuitions
Trust your instincts
Because only you can make yourself truly happy
