Crystal Dragon

A friend who does drugs

I watch as she takes in the smoke from that shimmery orb

Twisting and turning her whole world over a burning flame

She fights a hollow battle in her heart and mind

But her demons know all her secret's

The crystal dragon reaches through her chest and rips out her soul

Now an empty husk of what used to mean something

She is stuck observing a sliver of her light fade with each puff
